North Korea has restarted its nuclear facilities at Yongbyon and has enriched its 5mg Graphic moderated reactor to continue its uranium enrichment program. The director of the nuclear plant was quoted as saying that “If the U.S. and other hostile forces persistently seek their reckless hostile policy towards the DPRK and behave mischievously, the DPRK is fully ready to cope with them with nuclear weapons any time.” DPRK stands for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
