Buhari Speaks on Kano Mysterios Deaths– See List of Some Prominent Kano Residents who died

The President of Nigeria Mohamad Buhari spoke through his aide Bashir Ahmad and told Nigerians to put aside their differences and pray for the ancient city of Kano following reports of unknown mysterious deaths in the city. A new disease breakout of unknown source is killing people all over the city.

Reports say many prominent persons in Kano are among the dead. The aide tweeted the message from the president through his Tweeter page. Kano residents are also facing increasing deaths from Coronavirus disease in addition to the new ailment

There was some speculation about Meninjities breakout but this report has no medical science behind it. According to the Daily Post, “Nigerians have expressed concerns over the suspicious deaths of renowned persons and other 600 people in Kano State…..several prominent residents dropped dead in the state within the last 24 hours”.

According to the Daily Post report, among the prominent persons reported dead within 24 hrs in Kano “include Aliyu Umar Dikko; Regional Manager of First Bank, Abdullahi Lawal; ex-MD of Continental Merchant Bank, Ibrahim Ayagi; Musa Ahmad Tijjani, Editor of Triumph newspapers; Adamu Dal, ex-Chairman State Civil Service Commission”.

Daily Post also said “Others are Nasiru Maikano Bichi; Musa Umar Gwarzo; Ustaz Dahiru Rabiu, ex-Grand Khadi; Salisu Lado; Nene Umma; Garba Sarki Fagge; Shamsiyya Mustapha; Rabiu Dambatta; Kabiru Ibrahim Bayero and mother of a businessman, Ado Gwanja”.
